Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a session is cancelled by Jagan Astro due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or a rescheduled session will be offered.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Reports (Aura Scan, Birth Charts, Match Making) are non-refundable once the generation process has started as these are personalized digital products.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method or UPI.
